RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to the International Sales Manager and is responsible for meeting business
• Play a strategic role in building the brand and to drive business and sustain profitability in targets
• Familiar with the global regulatory scenario in various geographies
• Contribute to overall market expansion, adding new customers, catering to the overall international market
• Develops expertise level understanding for addressing the maintenance, engineering, materials, & IT needs & challenges of their customers
• Develops, leads, and executes effective sales campaign strategies
• Proactively works with the customer and internal business units to seek, give and summarize information and ensure the customers needs are understood
• Effectively works both within a teaming environment, as well as independent efforts

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong Business Acumen, written and verbal communications skills
• Generating sales revenue through corporate clients
• Identifying new clients and managing the existing end customers
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins
• Must work to develop and maintain international business contacts
• Working knowledge of costing for proposals, versed with contact centre requirements of various verticals, good understanding of the domain
• Excellent People Management & leadership qualities
